How VIP Web Design Days Work
You’ll share details about what you need to get done on your website. Make me a prioritized list and let me know what’s most important!
I’ll review your task list and recommend a half (3rs) or single day (7hrs) based on how long everything will take. Then I’ll make a list of what you’ll need to provide for me in order to do the work.
You’ll select your date & pay your deposit. Then you can get to work gathering all the materials I’ll need (writing content, sharing photos, etc)
On your VIP day, I’ll put away distractions, fill my coffee cup, and be ready to get as much done as we can! You’ll need to be available via email that day for quick feedback and responses to any questions.

We’ll review everything you’d like to do on your site, and I’ll recommend either a half or full VIP day.
Pre-VIP day client homework & communication
You’ll get a checklist of items I’ll need to do the work and I’ll be here to answer any questions as you work.
3 or 7 hours of work and implementation
Because of our preparation & organization, I’ll be able to get right to work. You'll need to be available via email for quick feedback and check-ins throughout the day.
1 week of follow-up
and support
If there are any tiny loose-ends that need finishing (30mins or less) or have any questions about anything, I’ll be there for you for the next week after your VIP day has wrapped.
Communication on your VIP Day
We’ll keep in touch via email and/or Google docs throughout the day, where you can see the progress being made and give me real-time feedback. I highly recommend you choose a day where you don’t have a lot of time-sensitive work or meetings so that you can be fully present and responsive to make the most of your time!

What can we REALLY get done in a VIP Web Design day?
Sometimes it seems like an unreachable goal, but I’ve been creating websites for 20 years, and using WordPress for almost that long. So I know allll the tricks and shortcuts to make things happen quickly! I’m also super organized so I’ll make sure I’m ready to go before we dive in.
Create your wishlist and send it over with your inquiry, and we’ll schedule a call to talk more about what’s realistic. Then I’ll provide a detailed overview of exactly how much I can get done based on your current website setup.
What if we need more time to finish my website tasks?
Most of the time we can get everything on the list completed. But if we don’t get to everything on your list, you can choose to book an additional day or half day, or we may only need an additional hour or two. So we’ll assess what’s left and decide together what’s the best next step.
Do I need to be there for my Website VIP Day?
YES. It’s your VIP day! Please make sure you’re available on the day you select. You’ll be needed for quick responses to email or Google doc comments. I’ve had more than one day get halted in the middle because of no response from the client for a few hours. I was left sitting with nothing to do! I want your day to be as successful and productive as possible – PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! If you hire me, use me :)
What do you need from me for the VIP Day?
I’ll need your list of tasks in priority order so I know what’s most important. Then you’ll need to give me any copy/website content, graphics, images, branding guidelines, and other instructions you think will be helpful. I’ll review it all and let you know if I have any questions a few days before your VIP day.
